Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySOPHIE ANN DOYLE Sophie Ann Doyle passed away peacefully at home on Monday, April 10, 2000. She had just celebrated her 91st birthday. She was predeceased by her husband Jack, after over 60 years of marriage. Sophie is survived by her six children and their families including many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Fortunately for Mom, her daughter Sister Pat and grandson Jim were able to stay with her in recent years, which enabled her to remain in her own home. This kindness of the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary along with the dedicated health careworkers, allowed Mom to remain happy and enjoy life till the end. Next to her family, Mom loved her garden and was very proud of it. We are sure her efforts have not gone unnoticed and she will be called upon to continue with her beautiful work. Prayers will be held on Thursday, April 13, at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 14, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthonys Roman Catholic Church, 250 Burrin Ave. with Fr. Terance McGrath officiating. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL in care of arrangements, 586-8044.
